Some days, you just wish you had never woken up. Well I did, I switched on my PC, down loaded my messages and found out that my best friend, Lawrie had been killed. I booked a flight to Sydney. I never intended on going home to Sydney, but there I was. One minute Europe, next minute here with all my mates. Lawrie's wife, Lisa, had just had there first baby. Lara was 2 weeks old. I had spoken to him a week earlier, but you never expect this.
I jumped off the plane. Grabbed a car and drove the wrong way. I needed to get over the Harbour Bridge, My hometown and I was lost. Eventually, I made it, said hello to my Mum, then went to see Lawrie's Mother, Lisa and then hooked up with Jo and Zonth.
This was pretty much all I can say. I was there for 5 days. I spoke at the funeral. I cried and then it was time to leave. I never want to return to a country under those circumstances. That is all I am going to say about that
