    Hey!! So I got into Japan yesterday afteroon after nearly a full day's worth of flying. I don't have any pictures yet since I don't have internet access on my laptop, but soon. Anyways, I've already met a bunch of great people and got my first taste of Authentic Japanese Sushi at the local supermarket.   
    My dorm room is an eight tatami mat sized room with a connecting study area and porch that faces a fence!!! It's nice though. It's got a kick'n air conditioner that heats up the room in a second and does all kinds of cool tricks. We sleep on futons that we fold up each morning and stuff into our closets. They're surprisingly comfortable, even the bean pillow(sounds bad, right?) is nice.
    I'mnot sure what to mention right now, but Japan is amazing. The quaint little streets, cute cute little dogs, and ridiculous shirts talking about san francisco and  the playboy jump suits; they are all great. Besides the fact that I'm thousands of miles away from home and will be for months, and the fact that I almost cried when I called my mom earlier today, I am having a great time and know I will have plenty to talk about on this fine blog site.

P.S. These keyboards are wack, there is something different about them -.- I don't like it.
