I spent Thanksgiving in Istanbul.  What an amazing, historical, OLD city.  It's the only city in the world to be in two continents.  "Istanbul, Constantinople" I did a traditional Turkish hamam, visiting the Spice Bazaar, and the Hagia Sophia.  And of course, I had to eat some baklava and drink plenty of Turkish çay.  Delicious!
