After lounging around for two whole days reading my book, and then writing in my journal all morning, it was time for a little adventure. Besides, Roxi's eyes were beginning to bore holes into my head. I was starting to feel somewhat recovered from my frosty northern experience. I could tell because my curiousity, and the restless energy that drives me was starting to tingle. So we hit the road to find the Crystal Geyser...it wasn't a really big foray into the unknown, just a wee one. But, a foray none the less! It was a nine mile drive on a dirt road that ended with an amazing colorfield, and a rusted pipe sticking out of the ground. But, the colors. Wow! I couldn't stop taking photos, and when the water started to gurgle up and spill over, the colors all intensified, and shimmered and I had to start taking photos all over again. It was only a small little area, but intensly rich. The small effort it took to find it was amply rewarded with its luscious vista.
