We decided that I would progress on alone with the Volvo, while the girls would take a train and meet me in Oslo for a ferry ride. I departed around 1630. The E39 was beautiful as was the weather. As usual, the drive was interspersed with ferry rides. I arrived at the Amoy Bed and Breakfast around 2100 and was pleasantly surprised. The proprietor insisted I eat waffles and coffee. The grounds contain several cottages each holding 4 guests. The cottages directly abut the sea. My cottage was already inhabited by 3 guests.
