I arrived in Napier, another fave spot for me in NZ. The town was rebuilt after a devastating earthquake into an Art Deco style community. This is a great spot to find fruit picking jobs and I highly recommend staying at the Stables Lodge, its small and well decorated w great hang out spots. There are heaps of shops, bars, and museums to keep you entertained along w beachfront property. I found the Brazenhead, which is now the 4th one I"ve been to(the best of course in Ireland) they love their Irish pubs out here and so do I.
