Route for the week, if you can join me please ring me on 0777339376 :- Monday 25th Aug- Heart of England Way from Oversley Green, Alcester , through Bidford-on-Avon. Then follow Avon Valley footpath over Cleeve Hill, following River Avon till it reaches the B4510. TUESDAY- From B4510 lanes and paths past Wickhamford Dogs Trust Centre, which I visited on Sunday, and more lanes and paths to Broadway. WEDNESDAY- From Broadway I join the Cotswold Way north to Chipping Campden. There I join the Monarch Way south through Broad Campden to Blockley. THURSDAY- Carrying on the Monarch Way from Blockley through Bourton-on-the-Hill, Longborough, Upper Swell to Lower Swell. FRIDAY- Still on the Monarch Way from Lower Swell through Lower Slaughter, Bourton-on-the-water, Clapton-on-the-Hill to Farmington. SATURDAY- The Monarch Way continues from Farmington through Northleach, Hampnett to Chedworth. SUNDAY- Staying on the Monarch Way from Chedworth through North Cerney, Baunton to Cirencester.
