Right then guys this is the last information you will get from me concerning NZ, i have now flown from these pleasant lands.

Well firstly ill let you know what went on. We sold Shabos as you already know and headed up above Auckland into Northland for what we hoped would be a nice relaxing few days before we headed off. Which I'm pleased to say was. The weather held for us and we had a few really nice days exploring parts of Northland without using too much energy up.

We just spent a night in different places and drove around and in between during the days. The best place we stayed was the bay of islands. Its a stunning area about 200km north of Auckland. We had a beautiful day in Russel, which is the first European settlement in the whole of NZ. I think due to the whaling businesses that worked off here. It was also the Capital for a few years. Our second Night in the bay was spent in Pahia. Again a stunning little town with a decent history too. So just say when we were in Russel we went on a dolphin spotting boat trip which was really good. the dolphins we were looking for were bottle nosed ones which are huge. We were massively lucky as we got to a pod within 30 minutes and spent about 30Min's with them. I think the largest males are in the 600kg bracket so huge. They gave us a great display while we watched with some jumping upwards of 5m from the sea. We also saw a few babies as well as penguins, sharks, an albatross (i think) and much more. The dolphins even followed closely behind the boat for quite a while as they hitched a ride.

Pahia was nice too as i said and we spent the evening there watching spider man 3, which i thought was rubbish. Anyway, who cares about that? From Pahia we had a nice slow drive back to Auckland for our last night in NZ which we spent at a nice little Italian joint in the middle of the city. After our meal we headed up the sky tower an saw the Auckland night sky which was pretty neat. Up early on our final day ad off we went for our flight out of a place we have really grown fond of as you may have been able to tell.

I was really sad to leave NZ, we have had such a good two months here with brilliant weather all the way for the time of year. As i write this I'm thinking back to all the adventures we have had and people we met. I wish i could have spent some of the time with you guys reading this but i such is life. NZ is a great place to visit and i highly recommend it. Its a little more expensive than i thought but we did splash out a little. Oh and no one apart from tourists can drive, the Kiwis are rubbish!

Anyway, I will leave you now,

I promise to get pictures up as soon as i can,

take care,

Jaybo
