Beautiful Rockey Mountains
Well travel pod followers it's been awhile since I've been on this site but figured would fill everyone in this way, for those who don't know Perry & I have moved to Edmonton, Alberta, should be a good change I hope as I have never lived anywhere else except Kamloops & Uncle Johnny's in London, hi CJ miss you Buddy.The last 2 months has been very busy moving out of my other place while working full time, and Perry's been here working for the past 7 weeks so did it on my own. Perry hopped the bus Friday night after work, travelled all night then I picked him up @ 5:30am Saturday morning,went for breaky with the In-Laws then they helped us for the 2nd time, god bless them, load the cube van, with my car on a dolley and on our way by 11:30am Saturday morning, both already tired by now,lol. They drive was wonderful not too hot but beautiful sunny day, the rockies were georgous, I forgot how nice those mountains were just amazing, we stopped a fair bit to take pics, stretch legs, wake-up, & driver changes. Rolled into our Appt. around 2:00am with blood shot eyes, totally bagged, pulled our lazy boys out of the truck to sleep on, had a few unwind beers and off to sleep @ 4:00am. Up Sunday @ 9:00 unloaded my car off the dolley then started unloading the truck till 4:00pm, return truck & dlooey, get groceries, set up bed, set up phone tv & internet for telus guy in the morning, showered out for supper, thanks B&E, then off to bed @ 10:30pm, another huge day. Perry's off to work Monday, and a full day of unpacking for the kid, only got kitchen & livingroom done Monday but it's starting to come together. Well here's a few pics for now, will try to keep up the pod with eventful stuff we do, sooo much to go, see & do, don't think we'll be bored for awhile, hope not. Hopin' to hit Van Halen Friday night we will see what the $ is like then, as it's expensive to move. Any way everyone we'll be in touch hopefully I still remember how to upload pics, bye for now Trena

OMG good for you guys ...now that's a move....all I can say with a smile and a chuckle is ....get ready for winter....lol. You'll find lots of work there Trena although I'm sure you know that already. I do however want more info, why the move, what's Perry doing, where in Edmonton are you? Thanks for the pics, I think I have some duplicates, I've been that route a few times :)
