Arrived at Gatwick safely, took time to find where I was going.  Got a 3-day all zone pass to the Tube.  Randomly sat next to a girl on the train from Gatwick to Victoria station that just completed her first year at NYU and is doing a month long Shakespeare course at the Globe.  Dropped stuff off at St. Christopher's.  Spent day meandering around Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus, the National Gallery, Soho, and at one point ended up on Upper Thames Street.  Ate some lamb at an Indian restaurant.
