Kilometers of driving to the amazing Namibian landscape is a blessing and we both enjoyed the different but all special scenaries along the road. Idea was to go to the Naukluft Mountains to spend a night and do a bit of hiking the next morning. We almost bypassed the 'village' of Bullsport which was not more than a campsite. In the late afternoon we were referred to a campsite in the middle of nowhere! It was time to put op the tent and cook our diner. Some nice beef stew, potato, onion, carrot, green beans mix made the evening and together with our South African red wine we didn’t do so bad in the bush.

Next morning up for a 12 km hike that turned out to be more difficult than expected. Difficult in the sense that we couldn’t find the right route and created our own instead. At least we had fun, we trained our hiking and enjoyed another part of Namibia’s landscape.

Practical stuff

-          On the map Bullsport looks like a big place but don’t be fooled because there is nothing but a campsite.
