After 2 buses and with 15 people on a pick up truck arrived in Cape Maclear at the Fat Monkeys place. Met with 2 German girls (Wiebke and Meyke) and after pitching up my tent and having a shower went into the little village for some food. We could get some food at the campsite but there you pay Mzungu prices and if you travel for a longer time you have troubles with paying twice as much if you know you can have a local price when you walk for 10 minutes.

Cape Maclear is a laid back place but for the rest there was not much to do and I was getting curious about Mozambique so decided to stay for another day to chill out and go for a long day of traveling into Mozambique. This day wasn't really chilling out because I played some football with the kids outside the lodge, swam for an hour (1.100 meters) to an island just of the coast and rowed back in a fisherman's boat. After these physical exercises went for dinner with the 2 German girls and to bed early.
