Our time was limited in Glasgow so we opted for the city sightseeing bus tour where we received an informative, guided tour of the city and were able to hop on and off as we pleased.

The Necropolis was spooky and spectacular at the same time. The entire town seemed like it would be a fun place to stay for a while, especially the west end, where Glasgow University is. GU is the first university that accepted Shelby and where she probably would have ended up if Cambridge hadn't come through.

Lunch at Jack McPhees was very good. Maggie had battered and fried sausage and chips and I had the fisherman's pie (salmon, smoked haddock, shrimp, mashed potatoes and peas). Then we boarded the train for Cambridge to hang out with Shelby for a couple days before graduation and our trip to Copenhagen.

All aboard
