Stevo at the Cock and Bull in Columbia said we had to see Inverness while we were in Scotland and so here we are. Getting here was very scenic.
Once here, we hiked to our guest house, checked in, then headed back to town for dinner and music. We weren't disappointed. The Waterside Restaurant on the Ness River was awesome. We had scallops and salmon from local waters then topped it off with a homemade banoffee pie (banana, toffee, whipped cream, pastry, and chocolate syrup...yummie!
Then we looked for a music joint and found the Hootananny, which had live Scottish music and a huge crowd. Had a great time then hiked back to our room and called it a day...whew!
