Monday we began the day's excitement by driving down to Blarney from the hotel in Limerick. The castle grounds were extensive and beautiful, and on top of the castle, a man held Shelby over a giant hole so she could kiss the famed Blarney stone, which was built into the wall. Later we found another, bigger, more easily accessible stone to lay our lips on -- you'll see the pictures. We also found the castle's poison garden. Oooh!
