We woke up Sunday morning and after breakfast, rode our bikes around Deer Lodge, enjoying the scenery and the sites.
The old prison is very interesting and so are the many shops and saloons downtown.
Note the burger joint next to the prison which features the "Warden Burger".
Maggie bought some jewelry made by inmates and of course, Mike "The Spike" had to pose at the site of the Last Spike of the old west railroad.
After meeting Uncle Bill and Grandma for lunch at Scharf's, we said our goodbyes and headed for Choteau, where Mike's Uncle Jimmy was supposed to meet us and show us old family history sites.
On the way there we stopped in Helena, where Mike's mother was born and walked the downtown until we spotted a coffeee shop...
