Hello! Long days, long nights - a truly busy week in Italy. Breakfast was at 7:15 and we left the hotel at 8:00. We drove along a seaside (or cliffside, however you'd like to put it) road to Sorrento. Sorrento was wonderful! We first stopped at an inlaid wood factory and learned how they made and put inlaid wood onto boxes or coasters or whatever else was made of wood. It was really neat and informative when they told us about the difficult process. There were some lovely (yet expensive) pieces in the showroom. After the tour, Grandma, Granddad, and I walked around the quaint town of Sorrento. It's such a cute town - neat shops and delicious gelato (I had coffee today). I wish I could have spent a day there - it was so much fun!
