Was up early from the hostel in San Diego and had breakfast and walk to the trolley that take you to the border of USA and Mexico. Today I was going for a day trip to Tijuana it's the closest City to the States and you can walk it from San Diego.

I got to the border crossing and there was a lot of Armed guards with large guns, it was funny cause it was so easy to go into Mexico as you walk pass a large fence with barb-wire and before you know it you are in Mexico and Tijuana is right in front of you.

When I got over the border there were little girls selling jewelry they only look like 2 or 3 years old. I told them I had no money and continue walking on!

I spent about 4 hours in the City of Tijuana look at all there arts and crafts and even trying a Tequila Sunrise!! Had Lunch at Mcdonalds cause I wasn't quite should of the food, even that Mcdonalds isn't the best thing in the world. I continue seeing the sights and bought a couple of things for people back home.

I return to American soil around 5.00pm and on my return I saw the little girl who try to sell me some jewelry. I had about US$3 in my pocket and I gave it to her, it was amazing to see her face light as she ran back to her mother. I asked a local why she was so happy and he told me that the US$3 I gave her could feed her family for 3 nights. Pretty amazing really!!!

Until tomorrow
