With a 9am wake up call and after a hard day yesterday was going to have a quiet day today, but Paul wanted to go for a bike ride so I said I'd come along. So we started out easy 2 and half miles downhill and then we bike 40 minutes along this dirt track then we went for a swim in the river we found and stayed there for and hour and a half then we headed off for about 30 minutes till we couldn't go much further so we turn around and we bike back all an hour and 20 minutes it took to the bottom of the hill then it was a 45 minute walk/bike up the hill and to have a shower and dinner and a very early night.
