Now we are on our way to to Waterford. We being Aunt Kathleen and I - Mom and Beth had to fly back to Dublin for Court. Since mom was gone...Aunt Kathleen let me drive :-), which was exciting because they drive on the left side of the road and we drive on the right. Our car was manual or stick shift which was also interesting because the gear shift was on the other side as well (the pedals were the same though). I got to drive over mountains and through several round abouts - hehe. We toured the Waterford Crystal Factory where we got to see them blowing the crystal form/shape/mold and etching the marks to make beautiful pieces. We also saw the Superbowl Trophy in the beginning stages of it's creation and the finished product. There were pictures of other finished famous trophies and then headed to Dublin to meet up with mom and Beth. We had dinner at The Lord Edward, Dublin's oldest seafood restaurant - it was very good! ( I had pasta, which must be clarified because friends reading this wouldn't believe it if I said I had seafood)
