Mom and dad took us out to Granville Island for the afternoon. We ate delicious beer-battered fish and chips (except Wolfi who opted for Chinese food?)  and walked around the many little shops. I tried to find a new raincoat for Lincoln but had no luck at the pet boutique. We also enjoyed the view of the city around us and the entertainers on the streets.

We decided to head over to Lynn Canyon to experience the suspension bridge before it was too late in the day. Cindy and Rylie met us there for a little hike. The bridge was fairly busy with tourists but the paths around the canyon were quiet so we walked around a bit and took in some fresh air. We watched some brave or stupid guys jumping off the cliffs into the seemingly shallow water below. It is a dangerous place to cliff jump but also incredibly popular. People die every year when they land on the large rocks just below the water's surface. Luckily, that was not the case today.

Wolfi and I walked up a trail above the canyon where the jumpers seemed to be diving off from.  We didn't find anyone up there but we did hop the fence to get closer to the cliff's edge to see if we could figure out where they were coming from. We didn't, but had a nice walk anyway.
