The hills are alive.. with the sound of music..ah ah ah ahh......
Welcome to Sound of Music country! This place was beautiful, and our favourite placeof the whole trip.

 

 

 

 



Staying in the tiny town of Hopfgarten, here we were in the heart of adventure! On the way to our accomodation, we stopped so most of our contiki group could go white water rafting, and paragliding!! Kate and I watched...that was scary enough!! That night when we arrived at our accomodation we had a party... 'inside-out and back-the-front.'...
 



 

 



 

 

 

 

 

 

 


 The next day we all went on a bike ride up to the top of a huge mountain (where there are big skiing resorts in the winter).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


When we got back, we rode to a huge lake which had a water see-saw, trampoline and huge inflatible ice berg on the water!! It was so much fun... and the water wasn't even too cold!
 

 

 

 

 

 
That night we all snugled up in our sleeping bags on the floor and watched the movie 'Euro trip' (very relevant). The next day on our way to Germany we stopped at crystal world....
