Tonights camping place/hostel was a bit... Jaiks... The floor in our room was wall-to-wall carpet and not quite the cleanest one. And the kitchen didn't have a lot of things to cook with. There weren't even a cutting knife. Anyway...

We left this morning around 0830. First stop was a small waterfall called Hogart Falls. It was a beautiful waterfall.

Then we headed for the Henty Dunes, sand dunes. One of the girls went on a quad bike ride while the rest of us walked around on the sand. The guide and one of the girls jumped off the cliffs into the sand, I didn't do it because my back has started acting up again, and I was a bit scared. I regret a little bit for not doing it now, but I will have another chance when I go on my Adelaide-Perth trip. Then we are going to go surfing on them;p

The next stop was a huuuge beach with a pretty good surf. But to be honest I don't care how beauiful the beach was, it all got ruined by all these nasty flies, don't know the English name (klegg), but they can bite you. And there are hundreds of them. Really annoying!!

We drove back to Strahan to look at an old train station. The railway was built to transport copper from Queenstown to the harbour of Strahan. It goes through the wilderness over 40 bridges. It was first opened in 1896, and after it closed in 1963 it fell to bits. But it got restored and now takes passangers from Queenstown to Strahan and back.
I didn't do it because I thought it was a bit expensive, 105AUD. I have already spent too much money on trips.

We drove back and had 1hr break in Strahan centre. Walking around, used the slow slow open WiFi spot I found yesterday to check my email and just looked around.

After supermarket stop to buy food for dinner we headed to Queenstown lookout where we could see that there is still copper to be found. The stones has turned green, like copper do. Nice view of some mines.

Nelson falls is 35m high waterfall which we stopped to look at. And then we headed for Donaghys Hill lookout which gives you a nice view of the Franklin Gordon Nature Reserve and the Franklin river.

We then headed to our overnight stay which is still in Cradle mountain at Terraleah. I prepared my food and went for a run. I must say it felt really nice running, and I can defently say that I'm in better shape now than I was when I started my travel. The only thing now is that my back is fucked... I hope it feels better tomorrow, but I think it will take a week or so for it to go away. Just hope that it will be good before I go on my 10 day trip to Perth.

After dinner we were suppose to go down to the pub, but it got too late so I went to bed.
