Day 134:  We had to change hostel today as we were booked through Fanatics for our tour, so today we just checked into our new hostel and then went for a walk through the old town and did some window shopping and also bought a hat to complete my outfit.  After this we took a train to a beer garden and thankfully it wasn't raining today as the whole place was packed and there was awesome food being served with steins and a big band playing and heaps of people dressed up.  We were also able to steal our souvenir steins from here which made Emma happy.  That night we decided to stay in since we wanted to be fresh for Oktoberfest, other guys in our room went out and were not looking the best the next morning but still had to go to Oktoberfest.  You can't not go.

Day 135:  Oktoberfest!!!

We got up early today to get in line for the start of Oktoberfest, as we wanted to be in the main tent (Haufenbrau) for the tapping of the first keg we had to be early.  We were lining up for about 3 hours and then when we finally got in, had to charge for a seat and table (got one) and then we had to wait for another 2 hours until they started serving the beers.  Have not wanted a beer more in my life.

We got a table with Trent and Dylan but couldn't find Sarah or Geromie.  We had an awesome time, jumping up on the seats and dancing and singing and drinking until about 5pm.  I got through 5 steins and Emma did 4.  Everybody was dressed up which made everything that much better I think, but definitely the pictures can do more justice then describing it.  Afterwards we met up with Sarah and we went to the Augustiner beer hall in town for dinner.

Day 136:  We met up with Sarah and Trent again today and did the Fair part of the festival which is actually really cool, I didn't do it last time I was here but it really is fun.  We went on rollercoaster rides, had a go at target shooting, tested our strength and heaps of other festival stuff.  We then went and finally got into a beer hall (Augustiner) and had dinner and more steins, (this beer went down heaps easier then Haufenbrau) we met some New Zealanders on our table who were pretty cool and had drinks and more singing and more dancing.  I think I had more fun this day then the previous day.  We left at about 8pm, said goodbye to Sarah and Trent but might see Trent in the UK but will definitely catch up with them again when we get back to Australia.
