They are predicting possible severe thunder storms this evening. We drove up to Rushmore so Jan could be sure to see the sculptures. If the weather happens we will not go up as there is no place to see the program out of the weather.
We drove up to Crazy horse. They still are charging $25 to drive in. Crazy Horse still has an armpit.
We visited a winery that specializes in making wines from prairie fruits. Some were quite interesting others not so interesting.
We took the 1880 Train from Hill City to Keystone, about 3.5 hours round trip. The railroad originally served the mines in the area. Now it is privately owned and for tourists only.
We are still contemplating the night program at Rushmore.

You gals are seeing the best of everything on your trip. It only makes me wish I could jion you in person, but since I can't I will just enjoy your photos they are great. Hopefully the weather will hold off so you can see the program at night. Love the train. Philippe
