I wanted to maximize my time on the balcony of Julia's guest house since the view was so nice. We stayed until 10:30AM in which staying longer would have resulted in an hourly charge (but no, we didnt stay in a hotel that rents by the hour).

We hired a taxi and went over to our new hotel and spent the day relaxing by the beach and pool, and making good use of the hobie cat boat. The wind is always blowing here so it's an excellent place for the hobie cat.

The water here is very warm but the color isnt that beautiful, perhaps because of the constant waves. The beach is full of seaweed which isnt beautiful, but I believe that there is a law that it must not be cleaned up. I believe I read that the seaweed helps prevent sand erosion, but I am not sure. I noticed one day people were out front of the hotel cleaning up seaweed but they left half of it on the sand. Perhaps they use this seaweed for the Seaweed shakes this town is well known for. It's a mixture of dried seaweed, condensed milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg. I also enjoyed my visit to the Tutti Frutti gelato store to have what some consider the best gelato in Central America. It was excellent. I also had an excellent meal at French Connection.

Not too much else happened here and Adam eventually caught his flight home on July 17th.
