For Christmas, Mom had gotten tickets to see the traveling tour of American Idiot for herself, Maura, and me! We started the evening by having dinner at Mumbai Chopstix, which serves food of a delicious Indian-Chinese mixture.

That was followed by a brisk walk to the theatre. The show was great, so much fun, and we had awesome seats in the orchestra (thank you, Mom!). I even wore my short layered black skirt and purple tights and boots in an attempt to be more "punkish" - always fun to dress up :D Listening to amazing versions of some of my favorite songs (the story itself was kind of weak, but we went for the music) and spending time with my family is always good ^_^
