Bay of Island Caravan Park

Went kayaking around the bay of islands. Stopped off at a cool little boutique winery, met the owners, tried the wine. Then paddled our way to Russell in 500 knot head wind and torrential down pour against the tide in a 10 m swell. Only just made it. Russell had the coolest beach, where i made liz into a rock monster. We then sailed for home, sampling local oysters of the rocks Bear Grylls style!
