So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. ~2 Corinthians 10:31

And so we do, from the moment we get up until the moment we hit the sheets, we are living all for the glory of God. Whether we were 5 stories off the ground, up on a scaffold, or down in the basement; whether we were working with new people, working with old friends, or working with new friends; we were working becuase God put us there, because it was where he sent us.
Once again Barbara was painting; Jessica was alternating between painting, electricity, and helping in the kitchen; Lois and Elizabeth in electricity (each with a shocking experience, but nothing harmful); and Rachel was up in the bell tower-but this time, she got a little bit dirtier. This time, Rachel was working on vacuuming the entire top floor of the bell tower, piles and piles of dirt, and this time ended up covered in dirt from top to bottom in any spot that wasn't enclosed. When she took off her socks, her feet were white and her legs were black, it looked like she had tights on.
After we finished working we headed over to Caseyville for dinner (an authentic-delicious-Indian dinner made by Purdeep) and a Bible study with a group of youth. We then headed back and got ready for bed for another half day of work tomorrow.
Just a cute little side note, here at The Rock, a lot of people have nicknames, for example Barbara enjoys the water, so she can be called Agua. Elizabeth is the electrician who can produce sparks so she's called Sparky. Jessica is Little Rockey and Lois is just Lois. Rachel is called Daytona...becuase she has worn sunscreen everyday (yes mom, everyday), and supposedly smells like the beach, thus Daytona.
We fly out tomorrow a little after 5:30 and will probably return home close to midnight. What a blessing this trip has truly been to all of us and the growth we have all done is phenomenal-both in our people skills and our walk with God. God's blessings to all and thank you for your continued prayers and support.
