Quick brief of the Hike: Killarney to Black Valley (16 miles), Black Valley to Glenncar (11 miles), Glenncar to Glenbeigh (11 miles).  Holy crap thats 38 miles!  Without a doubt the hardest hiking of my entire life.  Everyone was crying about thier feet, and Rebecca really had it bad with blisters.

Hey Irelanders
Hi guys -- it's nice to have this connection with you so far away and out of reach. The photo of the 'mystical forest' is just amazing ... I suspect that Mike's hair didn't look out of place there ...

Rebecca, your car is all inspected and ready to go. There wasn't a single thing wrong with it. See if you can meditate on your blisters and transport them to that sleazy pig in Brooklyn ...

Have fun! And keep posting those photos!

Blister Blues
Rebecca, have the boys carry you! Blisters...eek! Make sure you take care of those and watch out for infection. The trip so far sounds amazing and if you see a Fairy or a Leprechaun bring one home or at least make a wish...they are magical and good luck :)

Take care and stay safe

no beer pictures?
Hey Pat I must admit, given that you forgot your Ireland Travel Guide, your photo camera and your video camera, I am happily surprised to see such wonderful pictures of your travels.

Fantastic comment on Rebecca's blisters btw 'Rebecca your car is all ready to go' brilliant, wish I had come up with that one.

Peace all.

Adventures Across the Pond
I think it's great that y'all include us in your adventure through this blog. I was away so I saw all your entries in one viewing. I really like JY #3. Aint technology great?

Notes from home; I got (2) postcards so far, the brocoli, tomatoes and rasberries are in, all star game tomorrow and God bless Bobby Mercer.

How's the MaryJane in Amsterdam? The lunch picture made me suspect that Rebecca and the leopard had been partaking.

Anyway, have a blast, be safe and no more talk of moving there.
