I am aware that much of our enjoyment at our re-found freedoms is based on
ignorance. We have not attempted to penetrate beyond the immediate, not gone
looking for involvement and understanding of the workings of government. But we
are both revelling in this ignorance and are not about to start asking probing
questions.
