Spent a week outside of Spain in a small village called Buenaventura participating in a Monroe Institute Gateway...you can read about Robert Monroe who founded the Institute in Virginia here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Monroe

I found this program through a number of seemingly coincidental (are they ever really though?) experiences back in San Francisco before leaving on my trip and I booked a spot.

It was quite an experience in so many ways, meeting wonderful people and sharing the experiences with them, enjoying the Spanish countryside and on the last night having a decidedly 'in body experience' dancing to some Arabic tunes reminiscent of my travels through North Africa.
