Made our way down to the city of Kas in the morning of the 2nd of August. We had packed daybags because space on the boat was limited and our large bags were stored downstairs. The boat had a main covered area with tables and benches, and place to relax at the front and an exposed roof deck where many of us slept in the cooler night air and heavy mist. The couple that owned the boat were lovely and treated us very well...lovely meals prepared in the smallest of kitchens imaginable with very little ventilation. We spent the days motoring in and out of different places, taking a hike, swimming or just sleeping on the boat itself. Each afternoon we had tea and snacks and played cards or read. The water was warm and clear in most places and Ý awoke the last morning to a spectacular sunrise reflecting on the glassy harbor.

Kas or Fetiyhe?
Hey tracy, I'm going to be in Fetiyhe in mid-September- is it worth a trip up to the gorge near there? Also, was Kas nice? Is that worth a trip as well? I will have another five days after I leave the beach cove I'm staying at for five days.
