We got some fresh oranges from a local orange grove (which are all over the place around here) and grabbed some Thai food. Wonderful stuff! After that Jim took us to a gas station and to our amazement they not only had a beer and small wine selection, but a full liquor store was encapsulated in the place! I'm talking multiple kinds of Vodka and the good stuff as well. After that bit of bizarreness we went to the grocery store to actually get our wine. The prices were CHEAP. I picked up a $5 bottle of Port that got polished off between the three of us. We were heading to the sequoia trees the next day so watched some cartoons and then hit the sack.
