Hello Myrtle Beach!!! Oh, how I needed you. As we were driving into Myrtle Beach, SC we all hoped we would be at least within walking distance of the beach. Then our prayers were more than answered when we pulled into the Comfort Suites ON THE BEACH... and even better, with all ocean view rooms. It was gorgeous. Upper 60's, slightly cloudy, warm ocean breezes, and the sounds of the waves crashing as we slept with the door to our balcony open. It was by far the best place we have stayed yet.

Also, a bunch of us decided we deserved a fun night on the town. We ended up going to this strange little gay bar and restaurant, which just happened to be having Jeopardy night. Needless to say, with my weekly trivia skills under belt, I felt compelled to sign up. I won my round against two of my cast members, and we proceeded to dance and drink and just have fun. Well, only 2 other rounds of Jeopardy were played, so I was one of the top 3 scores, which meant that I got to play in the final Jeopardy round for a $25 bar tab. My competition: hard-core trucker woman, and man in old Tommy Hilfiger sweatshirt... both about 20 or so years older than me. In the end... I WON!! Thank you questions about Disney Movies and theme parks :)

Myrtle Beach was so much fun. It may be their off season, but the good times were on for us!

The show... not our best, not the best space, but it's over and we're headed West young man.
