After a spot of drinking in the Star Bar until about 2am, we got up a little late today then headed off to the powerhouse museum. Its the first time we have been, which is a bit bad as its the place is literally 1 minutes walk from the house. We went to see the Lord of The Rings exhibition, which was there to showcase some of the props, the film making, and also some of the outfits that were used. It was an impresive collection of items, and some of the detail that went into some of the sets was quite amazing. We weren't allowed to take pictures though. We sat down on a seat that made Sarah look like a giant and me like a dwarf, and then spotted a recreation of Sheffield lad Sean Bean's character, laying in one of the boats used in the film. The likeness was incredible. It could have been him, just a very very still Sean Bean. We were going to check his arm to see if the recreation included the tattoo he has on there saying 100% blade. With great sense they didn't put it on there. Apparently it wasn't put on there because of the film's setting, its just the crew thought that Sheff Utd were crap and didn't wan to be associated with such a poor team. (strange but true!).
