Not a great deal has happened over the last few weeks. I started work with Customcall, effectively a Telesales job. To be honest the people i work with are top. Paul, Tom, Heather, if they didnt work there then i'd have jumped ship by now. Sarah has been covering as a supply teacher as she had got her teachers number through allowing her to teach in New South Wales (NSW). The jobs are there just to give us a bit of extra spending money, and what with Laura and Fran coming, and the Australian GP to come, we're gonna need it.

Today we went down to Chinatown to see the new years celebrations. It was out with the year of the Monkey and in with the year of the Rooster. Sydney has quite a large percentage of Asian people over here, so it was a street parade, then onto Paddy's markets for all the Chinese people. The colours were wonderful, with big decorated dragons being paraded around. We went down there with Carol and Thomas, our recent new housemates. We did have a dutch couple move in but they found Sydney too expensive, so buggered off to Asia again after 10 days. That afternoon we walked back through Darling Harbour onto the Pyrmont Bridge Hotel where we had a beer. There was also a custom car show on Pyrmont Bridge itself so me and Tom had a walk around it whilst Carol and Sarah sat at the pub.
