I wake up itchy. Allergy again? No, bites. I cannot sleep in and start writing stories. The first life from Dr T is at 11. I bring him coffee. When he gets up, he still looks asleep. And stays like that the whole day. He, also, has a lot of bites. He starts with the allergy pills.

He is still my hero, though: he manages to get a splinter out of my foot, which I can feel but not see.

We go for a late lunch at 14h. A funnel cloud turns in the sky. The forecast of at least a bad storm. I am starving. I get a huge bowl of noodle-seafood soup. I need my diving gear to FIND the sea food but the soup is nice anyway. Dr T has fried rice again.

We buy some coke and water at the corner store, since it started pouring indeed.

Hubby still does not feel well at all. He books 1 night in Sandakan:

And asks for a quote for an island, 1,5 hours sailing from Sandakan: 3 nights and 2 days of diving:

I send diving pictures to our Sibuan, Sipadan and Mabul diving buddies. NOW I know why we hardly ever received any diving pictures from people: it is a sh.tload of work. It takes me hours!

By now, our bites look disgusting! They are filled with a clear fluid and drip once in a while: yuk. We have no idea which insect got us!

Days behind on our web blog too. We are the nr 8 of the best web blogs of the month: happy, happy. I talk to my friends Springmuis and Conny (or Stanske as she calls herself on the web blog) who posted lots of comment on the blog last night, after a couple of Vodkas. THAT is how you spell Vodka, Springmuis! Chatty to my brother and the girls too. Heard baaaaaad things of my Jr again. Never hear any good things ... .

At 20h, my eyes go screwy, too much computering and I take a zombie Tomcat to dinner. Our last sea food platter from our manny. Look at the size of those prawns! Emanuel makes the pictures of Tony a bit more interesting. BTW: our pub is out of Tiger beer and diet coke already for more than a week! How is that possible?

At 21h30, I drug Hubby, who snores after 10 minutes. I read my newspaper and go to bed with book an hour later too. 6 o'clock: alarm to go to Sandakan.
