For those of you who have not been in a motel room in the States yet: they are difficult to describe. If you say: they are veeeeery spacious, always have 2 queen size or one king size bed, a TV (nobody can live without a TV in the States, luckily we did not turn it on yet, or better I did not, my hubby did, whenever I am not around, to watch CNN, I AM NOT WATCHING CNN). A fully equipped bathroom and often: a coffee maker, with coffee, no do not laugh, we had it in Egypt (in a Hilton, would you believe), they had the promised coffeemaker but there was no coffee, nor in the shops, you had to BUY your coffee in the bar at 2,5 Euro/cup TO MAKE IT IN THE ROOM).

Most of the time, they also have a microwave (which we never used) and a fridge. We choose motels with wireless internet connections (if they work, was just chatting to my friend EB and bang). Otherwise you have to find an internet café AND it is very expensive. We easily pay 25$ for an hour so if we pay this more for a room, we have internet for hours! It also has an iron and iron board, an alarm clock and often breakfast, simple but well... .

So, when you hear all that you think: whaaaaaaw, but it is not that whaw.  It is in fact all simple and basic but difficult to explain. The outside is very recognizable and they all have nice swimming pools, spacious and very clean.

I included some pictures.

Hopefully we can get back to you soon, we have no idea how the internet will be in Mexico, and so I would say for now: ciao, s.ckers, I love you!
