For the first time in weeks we do not have to turn on an alarm clock. Anybody feels sorry for us? We wake up when we wake up have coffee in bed (and no, there are NO pictures) and poke our nose out and this is what we see:  Not bad.

Dr T steps out of his apartment, turning on the music on his sunglasses:.

Buying that thing was a mistake. Dr. T is walking next to me but not really. He is listening to his music and when I say something he has to turn the music off and I have to repeat.

We walk through the neighborhood. The resort is great but not in walking distance from the center of Willemstad. We find another supermarket and buy the things we forgot yesterday. Check out the supermarkets in Curacao: Almost all Dutch!

Dr T in his office:

And me in the kitchen with my vegetables: cauliflower and witloof!

We spend 2 relaxing days in our apartment, catching up with our mails, doing stuff on internet, reading at the pool, walking around and socializing. No kidding! One of the afternoons I lie down at the swimming pool and at that same moment a bunch of people decide to sunbath and swim too. All Dutch. I think: f..., it was so quiet! Next thing I know, I play in the pool with the teen age girls. And play Yatzee for the first time in my life.

It is nice to relax, cook for my perfect hubby and have our own apartment. Playing 'house' a bit. But, you know us, after 2 days, we had it. Mooooove on. The nice owners of our resort are a big help. We book: a car for 3 days as from tomorrow and diving the day after tomorrow, to the 2 best diving sites on the island.
