Happy Birthday to our good friend June Nelson. We are sure that her husband Keith will make sure she has a really relaxing day.
OUR BLOG
Last day in Senggigi and it has started with laundry problems as one of Helens best shirts is missing. After breakfast we checked e-mails and then Helen went to town, by herself, to the laundry. When she arrived they said a big hello and held out her shirt for her. She was very pleased. We were asked if we had any stray blue shorts with our laundry.
This morning we just sat by the pool, had a weird cocktail at happy hour and then went to the beach.. We met our friends Ben and Jody from the other day for an hours chat.
Late afternoon Helen went to have a massage and Tony finished packing.
This evening we went to town for dinner and to return a pair of shorts that were in Tony's pile of laundry. They were not blue but when we returned them they said they belonged to a Japanese woman. Had a nice curry and ate half of Hels as it was a bit spicy. Everyone we meet of Indonesian descent thinks England are going to win the World Cup and many have money on it, even after the 1-1 against the USA.
England's second game is on tonight but at 1.30am and we are up early to catch ferry boat, so no chance of watching it.
