Greece-Day 7 (Mykonos)

So, obviously the day started later than usual as we slept in after our night out. Jess, Emma and I woke up at 10am, got dressed and went to breakfast. We then went to the beach which our hotel is on and relaxed on the beach chairs under shade and swam at the beach which was just as beautiful as the beach in Paros. It was so nice to swim and relax and enjoy the scenery of the sea and how crystal clear the water was yet again.
Flora and Michayl were both there aswell so they relaxed and swam with us too. We just generally spent the day at the beach and relaxed after a long night so it was really lovely to do that. Plus Mykonos beaches are really nice like the other Greek Islands we have visited so it has been really nice so far to see these places and get to relax in them. The photos you see on my blog really can't justify how it looks to be here and the beaches are so nice to see in the flesh its incredible!!
After our day at the beach relaxing, we went into Mykonos’s town centre again and had dinner with Flora and Michael so that was nice. It was at a pasta, pizza etc restaurant but they make the pasta fresh in front of you. Last night we saw them making ravioli so we knew we had to go back there and eat something, and Flora and I had been craving pasta all day!! The meal was so delicious!!! I had the ravioli and it was so beautiful, even the other meals the others had were so good we were all very pleased. We then had a Chocolate Soufflé aswell, so it was a really nice meal.
Afterwards we looked at the shops, as in the Greek Islands everything is open well into the early morning so you can go shopping anytime really. But we didnt really buy anything, so hopefully in Santorini we will find something...which is where we head tomorrow!!!
The ferry, no one is looking forward to, and we are all sure we will get sick so noone is eating lunch. Hopefully it is a smooth ride but who knows until tomorrow...not looking forward to it, but i am dying to get to Santorini as it is the whole reason i wanted to visit the Greek Islands!!!
I will blog as soon as i can, it may be in 3 days as i may not have internet at the hotel for this last stop before we head to Athens. But its not very long until we are back in Athens so i can update my blog then all at once. Then we are off to Paris!!!!
