We explored downtown Penticton today.  We drove to the Library which is on the outskirts, then walked down the Main Street to the lake.  We didn't think it was very cold so didn't take our hats with us.  We managed without them, warming up as we walked.  After all it was only 0 deg, Celsius.  It was obviously warm as we saw some teenagers in short sleeves.
