Bonita Springs

For a special treat Patty and Pete had arranged for some of their friends to take us out in their motor boat across the Gulf of Mexico and into the Caloosahatchee River to lunch at a river side café .  It was even hotter than the day before so cruising across the water was very pleasant.  We even saw some dolphins and Bob our host was delightful in pointing out local sights.  We passed under several bridges, saw fishermen and other boats. Then we lunched by the river before returning across Estero Bay to the marina at Bonita Springs.  That evening we had a barbeque dinner with more friends of Patty and Pete's overlooking the bay and in time to see the sunset.
