Where I stayed
The last time Janene and I were there they were building the Back to the Future ride. Well that has now gone and has been replaced by the Mummy ride. That was pretty good, but after a 25 minute wait the length of the rollercoaster ride was a little too short. Still it was fun.
When we first walked through the gates we went through the haunted house, I have never laughed so much in such a long time. There were people dressed up jumping out and scaring people. Madi and Monique were screaming the whole time and the boys were jumping out of the way from them all. It was hilarious.
The Terminator 3-D show was great, a live action show which was a lot of fun as well as all of the other shows
I was picked for the special effects show which gave the Smiths and the Courtneys front row seats to the show. That was pretty cool but I didn't see a lot of stuff that was going on, just getting ready for my debut. I was to act and scream like I was being tortured before spinning around on a revolving door which then showed a skeleton to the audience. The girl who was hosting the show then tried to find Janene a new husband and the kids a new dad. It was all very funny.
Janene was excited to drive down the street from Desperate Housewives which they were filming today but unfortunately they were only filming in the sound stages so she didn't get to see anyone. There was a car there though that had Just Married on the back window so that could be a spoiler for anyone who watches the show. If you ask nicely I'll tell you what sort of car it was if you're interested.
Tomorrow it's off to Vegas to catch up with the King. Probably hit some of the outlet centres on the way there and hopefully arrive in Las Vegas just after dark so the kids will see it all lit up.
