give our legs a rest but it also coincided with the start of the premiership
football season. Wahey!
(Conveniently) We found a cheap hostel, that had sky sports, to use as a
base for the weekend and spent a lot of our time there to be honest.
Activities around Cusco seemed a bit on the pricey side for what they were,
however the the town( in particular the square) is very pretty and had a
great atmosphere whilst we were there as there was some sort of local
festival going on which involved a lot of country dancing & fireworks - good
combo.
I can report that the clubs, restaurants and bars of Cusco are also of a
high standard. Notably the Irish pub 'Paddys) which has a lot to offer in
all departments.
