Our second stop in Vietnam was Nha-Trang. From talking to other backpackers this isn't always on the itinerary but seeing as we wanted a little downtime on a beach we decided to make a stop and we were so pleased we did. This was a well needed little rest stop and wverything we needed was right here. Beach. Nice food - actually amazing food at Cyclo Cafe. Travellers tip: Eat here and try the Chicken Claypot - the best we have tasted in Vietnam and the BBQ Beef and the Coonut Curry which comes out in a Coconut still alight (make sure you blow out the flames unlike the girl next to us who stupidly didn't and nearly caught her hair on fire!). Nha Trang itself is very clean and the beach is surprisingly, very nice.

Nha-Trang is a 10 hour bus ride from Saigon which we decided to do overnight on Vietnam's infamous, if rather shaky, sleeper buses. These buses are a great deal when bought as a open package where you buy your desired destinations and all you need to do is confirm a seat the day before (maybe a little longer in high season). In HCMC we bought our package for $30 (bargain!) for 5 buses from Saigon to Hanoi.
