Had a fantastic time in New Zealand, including 2 weeks painting for T-M and I on a job of Ken's, not least the all-day Saturday shift and up at 6am on the Sunday to ensure the job got finished prior to our 4-day trip into Northland and up to Cape Reinga, the northernmost point of NZ.

The trip was great and included many stunning bays and beaches with crystal clear waters, hot sunshine, cold beers and fish and chips at various stop-overs.

Cape Reinga was great and a place I'd always wanted to go. The views were not disappointing and it was strange to see where the Pacific meets the Tasman Sea.

Well, that's 4 weeks up already (unbelievable) and off to Australia tomorrow morning to get settled in and then quickly get back to reality......
