Punta del Diablo, Uruguay

Today we went further along the south-east coast of Uruguay to a place called Punta del Diablo and visited some remote village of Cabo Polonio to which you need to drive in a buggy or on the back of a 4x4 truck through dunes and large fields of sand. We had a good swim there, beer and we also saw some seals which were lying on the rocks paying no attention to any people except Maciek. Punta del Diablo looked really good as a place to surf and party on the beach. The waves there were at least as good or even better than the Fistral Bay in Cornwall. And it was much sunnier there. I'm all red and it hurts. We spent the night in some remote place in a close proximity of the sea but I cannot tell exactly where it was as I did not expect that cheap Uruguayan wine to be that strong.
