Cabana and Salt Block
Thanks again to the barrage of Groupon/Living Social/Bloomspot/Scoutmob/etc emails we get daily, Rufio surprised me with a private cabana complete with a hot Hawaiian salt block to make our own handrolls. To top off the uber romantic date he made the reservation to coincide with Unplugged in the Park, Park Tavern's summer series of outdoor music nestled in the corner of sprawling Piedmont Park. We watched a beautiful sunset behind the infamous downtown skyline, listened to great local music and enjoyed searing and rolling a variety of Kobe beef, tuna, salmon and butterfish combinations.
